Even though I love Phym to death I gotta say Resurrection also has the best story and writing. The last couple of missions are probably my favourite ending to any game ever, with the best final story boss of the three games.
Guns are also really good but not RB levels of busted. Predator styles offer so much customization once you unlock all of the plugins, and ends up with the deepest melee combat of any of them imo. Resurrection is just a love letter to the beloved classic, implementing new combat systems, weapons, and even an additional arc to the main story. Aside from having the longest story amongst the 3, Rage Burst also comes with Character Episodes (Which I just love how they flesh out both teammates and even the supporting characters) & Extra Episodes (Which provides resolution to some of the side-stories that were touched on in the main story).Īnd well. between resurrection, rage burst and 3, 3 had the shortest story, character development felt rushed, like some parts of the story were taken out.īy far Rage Burst wins out in both story and content.
